I didn't start Varsity Landscape just to mow lawns. I started it because I saw a systemic gap in two places I care about: the service industry and the student experience.
I saw homeowners and businesses frustrated by a lack of reliability and communication. In the university world, I saw brilliant, driven students -the kind who spend their Saturdays at the library or on the practice field - looking for work that worth while and trained them real business skills.
I realized we could solve both. We’ve institutionalized reliability by hiring the most disciplined labor force on the planet: high-achieving students. We aren't just a landscaping company. We are a leadership fellowship that happens to create the best lawns in Athens.
